pa365 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the pa365 platform, accessible at pa365.win. The term "pa365", "we", "us" or "the platform" refers to the operators of pa365.win. The term "you", "user" or "member" refers to any individual who registers an account, browses the platform or participates in any game, bet or promotional offer on pa365.

By registering an account on pa365 you confirm that you are aged 18 or above, that you are accessing the platform of your own free choice and that gaming is, for you, a form of entertainment and not a source of income. You also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person and that the funds you use to deposit are your own and have been lawfully obtained.

pa365 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the pa365 platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read alongside the pa365 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pa365.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on pa365 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so for as long as your account is active.
• You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing pa365 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any person employed by or associated with pa365 or its partner game providers.
• You must not already hold another active pa365 account. Each individual is entitled to one pa365 account only.

pa365 reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated from an account that is later found to have been registered in breach of eligibility requirements may be voided.

3. Account Rules

Each registered member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their pa365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any account access details with any other person. pa365 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You must notify pa365 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login details have been compromised.

pa365 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number or device — is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balance, bonus funds or pending withdrawals associated with them may be forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information on your pa365 account is accurate and current. Name, phone number, date of birth and payment method details must match the information on the documents you submit for verification. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals until resolved.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on pa365 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. pa365 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your pa365 account dashboard.

Deposits are generally processed promptly, with most PKR transfers reflecting in your pa365 balance within a few minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. pa365 will process withdrawal requests in a timely manner, but final delivery to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account depends on the processing times of the respective payment provider.

• All deposit and withdrawal methods used must be in your own name. pa365 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals will, by default, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• pa365 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification if account identity checks have not been completed.
• pa365 does not allow withdrawal of deposit amounts that have not met the minimum activity requirements for the account.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment credentials is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pa365 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback deals, PSL and cricket seasonal specials and a referral programme. All promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as the specific terms associated with each individual offer, which are displayed on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus rules apply to all pa365 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered pa365 members aged 18 and above only. Each promotion is limited to one claim per person, household, device or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards meeting a wagering requirement. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• pa365 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions, or collusion between players.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

pa365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already legitimately claimed and in progress at the time of the change.

6. Gaming Rules

pa365 offers several categories of games including slot games, live casino, sports betting, fish games and esports markets. Each game category is governed by these general Terms as well as the rules specific to that game or market.

All game outcomes on pa365 are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer activity. pa365 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the standard mathematical house edge built into each game by the provider.

• Sports Betting: All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket, PSL, T20 and football markets are governed by standard sports betting rules including void bet conditions, settlement procedures and rules for suspended or abandoned events.
• Live Casino: Results are determined by the live dealer and are final once the round concludes. Any technical interruption during a live casino round will be handled in accordance with the provider's rules for that game.
• Slot Games: All slot results are determined by the game provider's RNG. Jackpot wins, bonus features and free spin outcomes are all governed by the individual game's paytable and rules.

Bets that cannot be settled due to a technical fault may be voided and the original stake returned to the player's balance.

pa365 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is evidence of a technical error that produced an abnormal result not consistent with the game's normal operation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pa365 and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all balances forfeited.

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point while using pa365.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any pa365 game or platform feature. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or interact with the pa365 platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or poker-format games.
• Engaging in any pattern of play that suggests systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to: low-risk covering bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus abuse or matched betting strategies using pa365 bonus funds.
• Attempting to access pa365 systems, databases or administrative tools without authorisation.
• Using the pa365 platform in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pa365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content and software — is the property of pa365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pa365 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the pa365 platform or its content without written permission.
• Use any pa365 brand assets, logo or trademarks in any context outside of the pa365 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the pa365 platform.
• Frame or mirror any pa365 page on another website without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pa365 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you wish to use pa365 content for any purpose beyond personal use — for example, as part of an affiliate or content partnership — please contact the pa365 team for guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

pa365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data arising from your use of or inability to use the pa365 platform.
• Losses resulting from technical faults, server failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions outside pa365's direct control.
• Losses resulting from your own failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from platform use, even if pa365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pa365's total liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your pa365 account in the thirty days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

10. Privacy and Data

pa365 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and general platform operation. By registering on pa365 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• pa365 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

You may close your pa365 account at any time by contacting support from within your account dashboard. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

pa365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• Verification documents provided are found to be fraudulent, forged or inconsistent with account details.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more without a single login or transaction).
• pa365 is required to close the account for legal, compliance or risk management reasons.

Where an account is closed by pa365 for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after identity verification has been completed.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pa365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — for example, a change to bonus wagering rules or withdrawal conditions — pa365 will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via their registered contact details.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the pa365 platform and may close your account by contacting support. Continued use of pa365 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pa365 also reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue any feature, game category, payment method or promotional programme on the platform at any time, with or without notice, for operational, legal or business reasons.
